How to Reserve a Spot

1. Navigate to the web calendar
2. Select the desired session
3. Complete the reservation form
4. After reserving, contribute to the cost using the provided payment link sent to your email address
5. Ensure payment within 1 hour to confirm the reservation

Cancellation Policy

• Reservations are temporarily held for 1 hour and confirmed only when payment is received
• If payment isn’t received within this timeframe, the reservation will be cancelled
