- Session Arrangement Method -
1. If you have not already done so a) complete our yearly online registration, b) complete the preparatory Task 1 by joining Discord and registering to our Discord Team +Build Your Dream Python Project (+BYDPP), c) complete the preparatory Task 2 by confirming reading of our policies, and d) log in with your registered email and provided password in Task 3.
2. Create a session request by selecting a white or yellow cell in UK time inside the column of the preferred date and providing the requested details.
3. Transfer the fee corresponding to the requested session internally through PayPal or bank card or externally through an agency, unless already done.
- Key -
White cell: time slot available for a session.
Yellow cell: today's slot available for a session.
Dark blue cell: arranged session's slot.
Medium blue cell: requested session's slot pending approval.
Light blue cell: slot unavailable for a session.
- Emails -
A confirmation email is sent upon arrangement of a slot.
A reminder email is sent 1 hour before the session.
- Tutor -
The current tutor is Alexandros.
- Venue & Sharing -
The venue is the voice channel #・PyClass of our Discord Team +BYDPP with tutee screen sharing as well as mutual audio and, optionally, video sharing. On Windows Quick Assist can be used for remote control.
- Fees & Timing Policies -
The fees and timing policies are in the text channel #policies of our Discord Team and are to be agreed for each session.
