BOOKING A SLOT
1) View the available programme slots in “Month”, “Week”, or “Available” tabs
2) Sign in to add new booking for programme(s)
3) View your bookings under the “Agenda” tab
4) Contact us at info@the-dancecompany for payment or other assistance
SLOT CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW
> Change or cancel slot(s) at least 1.5 hours before programme commencement
> Participants who fail to comply with our cancellation and no-show policy without a valid reason will be issued a first warning and subsequently, blacklisted
> Payment is non-refundable. You can choose either to change your slot 1.5 hours before your session or write to us to request for a transfer to someone else.
> T.H.E reserves the right to alter or cancel a class due to instructors' or studio's unavailability.

An auto-generated email will be sent to you.
To check your respective class booking status on Supersaas, click the "note"/"memo"/edit icon under the "Agenda" tab. In the "Edit booking" pop-up, the slot is only confirmed when the status is "Payment received by administrator" or "Payment by credit" if you've bought the package deal. If payment has been made, do give us some time to update the Supersaas system.
