Booking Notice:
Please note that all recording sessions require a minimum booking notice of 7 days in advance to ensure proper scheduling and preparation.
A 50% deposit payment is required at least 2 days before your scheduled booking date to confirm your session. If you prefer to pay the deposit on location before or at the start of your session, you must inform us in writing (e.g., email or message) ahead of time. Please note that only debit or credit card payments are accepted on location.
Important: If you do not select the Session Cleanup & Prep add-on, your session files will be delivered as RAW exports, exactly as recorded, with no noise reduction, editing, or organization applied. To receive cleaned-up and polished session files, please add this service during booking.
Please be aware that session files will not be released until full payment has been received.
Rush scheduling is available for an additional 25% fee but is limited and subject to availability — please inquire before booking.
