All information is stored securely, and access is limited to authorized staff.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hrs before the booking time.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full booking fee.
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.
In case of unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances, bookings may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes apply to future bookings.
