Welcome to the swim test bookings system.
Each college boat club is a single user and can book in swim tests for any of its members (associate or full). The college boat club can give the login details for this system to any of its members. If any club wishes to amend/cancel bookings, contact the RowSab (sabbatical@ourcs.co.uk).
When booking swim tests you can book multiple members into one slot (e.g. take 5 of the available places). Currently, you can only book 6 people in at a time, but you can make repeated bookings to book more than 6 people per slot (e.g. to take 11 available spaces in a single slot, book 6 and then book 5).
If your booking goes over the capacity of a slot, everyone in that booking will be placed on a waiting list and moved onto the booked list if enough spaces become available (e.g. if there are 4 spaces left and you book 6 people in, all 6 will remain on the waiting list until 2 more spaces become available. If you book in 4 and then another 2, only 2 will go onto the waiting list).
Each test takes up to 15 minutes from the time of entering the pool area to the time of leaving it. There is an additional 15 minutes before the test, during which a video must be watched. Changing and showering time is not included.
