OU Pole Sports Society Booking System

Welcome to the Oxford University Pole Sports Society booking system for classes. Here you can book any of our upcoming classes.

Bookings open 7 days in advance at 12pm midday. Please email oupolesports@gmail.com if you have any questions or problems.

Please purchase class credits BEFORE booking. Credits can be purchased through our booking system under "Your Settings" and "Buy credit", or through our shop here.

Membership**: £12.50 / term, £25 / year

Classes: £5 for members / £10 for non-members

Pole Jams: £2.50 for members / £5 for non-members

**Please wait until you have received an email confirming your membership after purchasing before booking a class. This is because it can take up to 24 hours to process your membership purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Before 24h, please cancel the booking yourself. Click on it and press "delete". To cancel within 24h please email us, and we may be able to fill your spot with someone on the waitlist, however, we are unable to refund cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

Class types:

Beginner - This class involves learning basic spins, sits and climbs. You will be working towards combining moves and building core strength. No previous experience is required.

Improver - You will be taught strength-based moves and working towards inversions. This includes basic inverted moves such as crucifix, leg hangs, and knee releases. Prerequisites: chair spins, pole sits, climbs

Intermediate+ - Intermediate+ focuses on linking and transitioning between core inverted moves. You will be working towards shoulder mounts, aerial inversions, and handsprings. Prerequisites: cross knee releases, leg hangs on both sides

Spinning pole - Spinning pole classes focus on basic moves, transitions and combos on a spinning pole. 

Pole Flow - Pole Flow classes channel musicality and incorporate movements and dance elements around the pole. You will learn a short choreography where heels are optional. Knee pads or leggings, and socks are required. Students are expected to have attended a few classes. Prerequisites: pirouettes, basic spins (front/back hook).
