Use of this booking system, and/or any of Hooky Car Club's vehicles, constitutes your acceptance of the Hooky Car Club's Terms and Conditions, a copy of which can be found at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aS3lGK74lZpmE1tI-7If3vO-D-HW1U16/view. 

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time-to-time without further notice.  As a Hooky Car Club member, you further agree to check the Terms and Conditions before using the vehicles to ensure that they remain acceptable to you.  Should you no longer agree to the Terms and Conditions, please contact Hooky Car Club to cancel your membership.

Members of the Car Club are specifically reminded of the following important obligations which are detailed in the Terms and Conditions of membership:

1. The requirement to ensure that any vehicle is roadworthy whilst in your possession.  The Car Club is not responsible for checking the roadworthiness of vehicles between users and users are legally responsible for ensuring the roadworthiness of any vehicle when operating it on the public highways.
2. The requirement to ensure that Club vehicles are returned in a roadworth state ready for the next user and to immediately notify the Car Club in writing if you believe the vehicle to not be in a roadworthy condition.
3. The requirement to notify the Car Club promptly in writing of any faults you have reason to believe may exist on any of the vehicles.
