Welcome to the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Nairobi’s online booking system.
You must book an appointment on this website for the renewal of your existing passport. If you cannot see any available appointments the Embassy is fully booked. New appointments are released weekly. It is not possible to book an appointment via e-mail or phone.
If you need to give consent (samtykke) for issuance of a passport or national ID card, the embassy is open for drop-in on Tuesdays between 9-10.00am. Kindly do not book an appointment for passport renewal if you only wish to give consent.
Prepare for your visit by reading the information on our website. For norsk, se her. We will not be able to process your application if you arrive at your appointment without the required documents.
IMPORTANT: Maximum 1 applicant per appointment. If there are multiple applicants, you must book one appointment per person.
Do not book more appointments than you need.
You will not be allowed entry to the embassy without an appointment.

Customers who do not come to the Embassy in time for their appointment will be denied access and will have to book a new appointment.
