New client information
New clients referred for orthopaedic or neurological conditions should book an initial assessment so that an appropriate rehabilitation program can be devised. This session may include an underwater treadmill session or a swim, whichever will be most beneficial for your dog.
Before your first treatment we must have received a referral form from your own vet. Please click here to download the veterinary referral form. Ask your vet to complete this form and fax/email to us as soon as possible before your first session - otherwise the session will have to be rescheduled. Please also read our pre-swim information sheet which is available here .
Fun and maintenance swims discount
After your first 10 pool sessions the price is reduced by 15% to the maintenance rate. If you are booking a maintenance or fun swim, please ask your hydrotherapist for a coupon code. This code should be entered when booking in order to automatically receive the discount.
AND REMEMBER - AFTER EVERY 10 SWIMS - THE 11TH IS FREE!
