1.      What activities (either at University or in the wider community) are you currently involved in where you could practice and utilise your leadership development learning while on this programme?

3.  Please describe a personal experience you consider as EITHER a ‘highlight’ or ‘lowlight’ in your leadership life.  Tell us what you learned from this experience.  E.g. what surprised you? What did you notice? What did it make you realise about yourself, others or leadership? What could have been done differently?

4.   In order to be involved in the programme, you need a strong commitment to leadership and learning.  On our website we have set out what the commitment means in terms of attendance at workshops and the residential and financial input.  However there are other forms of commitment that you can consider.
